This is most likely occurring because you have exceeded the mail quotas set on our server. The solution to this is to either reduce the number of days mail is stored there, or store none there are at all.
You can adjust this setting by doing the following:
1. Click Tools (or File in Outlook 2010)
2. Click Account Settings
3. Double click the email address with issues
4. Click More settings
5. Click the Advanced tab
6. The details you need to adjust are at the bottom of this screen, adjust down the number of days email is left on the server
7. Click Next
8. Click Finish
